How does the 7 day free trial work?

You get full access to all Creator plan features for 7 days at no charge. Your payment method is collected upfront but you won't be billed until day 8. You can cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings, find Draftly, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my social account data safe?

Yes. Draftly connects to your accounts via read-only OAuth access. We never post, modify, or interact with your content. Your access tokens are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from within the app.

Do I need to connect my social accounts to use Draftly?

No. The AI Strategist chat and Content Planner work without connecting any accounts. Connecting your socials unlocks the Strategy Agent and Insights features which require your performance data to function.

How do I request deletion of my data?

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app under Account Settings. You can also email us at privacy@draftlycloud.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
